Free Domestic Returns and Exchanges
Our return /exchange policy lasts 7 days from delivery date. If the maximum of days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a return, exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund; the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it(no creases or scuff marks on the leather and/or sole. The product must not have been worn outside; it must also be in the original packaging with all tags and stickers still attached. Please include your receipt as proof of payment. To start your return, please email us at email@example.com and state the reason for the return in the email. We will email you a FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. We reserve the right to refuse receipt of a return and deny a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing times vary; if you haven't received a refund in at least 7 business days; first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company;if you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet; please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
